The plot of about 15 000 square meters has a convenient location, building only approx. 3 000 square meters . The winery has a direct gas connection and its own well for technical water.

Company :

The modern plant is currently processing 200 - 250,000 liters of grape juice.

The total volume with 130 tanks allows annuall production of about 850,000 liters without technical changes. All fermentation tanks are fully automated. Fermented tanks of more than 10,000 are connected to a central cooling system with a cooling jacket. The daily capacity of the bottling plant is about 12,000 - 14,000 bottles.

The factory produces high-quality wines that have won many awards. The winery is one of the "best wineries in Germany" and even "the world's best wine producers"

In addition to a large number of medals GOLD, SILVER and BRONZE at the Franconian and DLG Federal Wine Awards, international awards were achieved. For example, from 1996 to the present, continuous presence in the top list of "the best wineries in Germany".

Also for innovative and successful ideas in the tourism sector, the winery has repeatedly become an honorary winner of prizes at the national and international levels.

For an environmentally sustainable way of operating the winery, the plant was included as the only winery in the Ecological Pact of Bavaria!

Production :

A modern winery is located in a new building with production, storage and bottling of wine.

It has its own vineyards about 3 hectares in size, which grows about 20% of red wine and about 80% of white wine and some leased areas. Here, annually about 
45 000 liters.

In the winery there are more than 20 winemakers with contracts for fixed delivery, the area of which is about 20 hectares. These volumes are approximately 150-200 000 liters - up to 600 000 liters.

Marketing / Sales :

Marketing : 30% for catering,  35% for private customers,  15% for wholesale and about 20% for industry. 

RV-sites at the winery:

The winery offers its guests up to 30 places for RV on a safe surface with electricity and water, outdoor wc, everything is surrounded by apple trees.

In all catalogs (online and printed) the winery is registered and appreciated by the visitors on "Excellent"!
